Being transparent about our pricing is important here at PNP.
While prices may change each year to reflect societal changes, Poppy aims to keep her pricing within an affordable range as everyone deserves to treat themselves with stunning pictures that will last a lifetime.
All the below options can either held at The Garden Studio, your studio or an outdoor location.
Additional travel costs may apply – For shoots outside of Bristol, please see Poppy’s travel terms (section 11G).

Small Group

Uni Societies
12-24 people

– 15 minutes per person
– Organised by the Society member who holds insurance.
– Organiser gets a free 15 min slot when 10 or more people have booked on.

Events
£100 per hour
-Min 2 hours.
-Includes all images taken in colour and B&W.
-All images delivered between 2-4 weeks of the event.
-Travel costs based on mileage if your event is based outside of Bristol, UK.
Promotional
For Businesses
£150 per hour
-In Studio or On Location.
– Minimum of 1 hour shoot time.
– Models or products to be provided by you.
– Located at The Garden studio or a Studio/ location of your choosing.

Weddings
This is your special day, so lets make it count.
We know that your wedding day is one of the best days of your life.
So making sure the memories and feelings of that day is captured forever is no easy task.
Poppy has worked with many couples over the years to support, communicate and deliver gorgeous images that you will keep for a lifetime.
From start to finish, Poppy will be available to answer any of your questions, make notes of the pictures you want captured and even provide some same day edits so that you don't have to wait to share with your loved ones.
Bronze Package
£500
Quater day
With up to 4 hours of coverage, Poppy will be there to capture the moments you need most.
Ideal package for smaller, more intimate weddings.
Images will be delivered via your own personal Gallery which will be live for 1 year. After this, the gallery will be deleted.
Please ensure all images have been downloaded.
Silver package
£1000
Half day
Up to 6 hours of coverage to capture the ceremony, bride & groom pictures, family pictures and more.
You can choose which areas of the day you would like Poppy to cover.
Images will be delivered via your own personal Gallery which will be live for 1 year, along with a personalised memory stick of all of your images.
gold package
£2000
full day
A full day of photography coverage means that Poppy will be with you from the start of the day when you're getting ready, all the way to the after party.
(Poppy will stay for a max of 2 hours during the after party to capture first dances, Group dances and be available to take portraits of all of the guests).
Not only will you receive an online gallery of your images which will be active for 1 year, you will also receive a personalised memory stick and a Photobook of all of your favourite images from your special day.
The Process
What to expect from start to finish.
Step 1 - Booking.
Let Poppy know which package is best for you. Confirm the date of the wedding and pay your deposit!
Step 2 - Meeting.
Arrange a time and date to meet Poppy in person. This is important for both parties as this allows the photographer and client to get to know each other and allows time to share a list of images you need Poppy to capture, locations, time frame of the day and much more.
Step 3 - Final Payment.
Poppy will sent the final invoice within 2-4 weeks before the date of the wedding.
Poppy also accepts payment plans, but please make sure you have spoken to Poppy about this prior.
Step 4 - The Wedding.
Today is the big day!
Poppy will be working behind the scenes to capture your amazing day.
She will also provide a few same day edits so that you can share your special day with family and friends.
Step 5- The final images.
Depending on the package you have chosen, Poppy can take anywhere between 1-2 months to deliver your final images to you.
All packages will have access to their images on their online gallery for up to 1 year.
Step 6 - For Silver & Gold packages.
For Silver, you will need to provide your living address to Poppy so that she can send you your personalised memory stick will a digital backup of all of your images.
For Gold, you will need to provide your living address to Poppy so that she can send you your personalised memory stick & Photobook.
Timeframe vary as Poppy will need you to choose which images you'd like to have in your photobook before it is created and sent.
